Nurse Practitioners
Our nurse practitioners work in close collaboration with our pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to deliver top-quality services, provide preventive healthcare, and are dedicated to improving your child's health. Your NP frequently consults with a collaborating pediatrician if there are any unusual or complex considerations, just as our pediatricians work closely together.
What is a Nurse Practitioner?
Nurse Practitioners are registered nurses with Masters degrees in nursing, and national certification in their area of practice. PNPs (Pediatric Nurse Practitioners) were the first nurse practitioners and have been enhancing the health care of children for over forty years. Family Nurse Practitioners have training in both adult and pediatric care.
