Cheri Gagnon

When I began at Northampton Area Pediatrics in 1987, I worked part-time as a medical records clerk.   This was during the "old days" of paper charts, when there were endless piles of physical exam forms requiring filing in the appropriate record.   In fact, there was not even one computer in the building when I started. 

In 1989, when Northampton Area Pediatrics developed a computerized billing system, I took on a full-time position in the billing department.   I worked there until the summer of 2006 when the need arose for managing our in-office IT.  I maintain our computer systems and medical records in smooth working order so that we can take the best possible care of your children.   I continue to oversee the billing department.

 I live with my two beautiful daughters and enjoy reading and spending time at their sporting events.
