My breakfast six days a week is oatmeal with cinnamon and a scoop of powdered skim milk, a glass of orange juice and a coffee. |

My lunch consists of Activia yogurt, a banana and an English muffin w/ Smart Balance spread. |

|
For exercise I do interval training (walking with some running) in the morning and evening of every day, and 2-3 days a week I do resistance training (lifting weights, pushups, crunches, etc). |

It's nice to have a workout partner, and I like to workout with my cat Lexi. |
