Which sunscreen do you recommend?

We recommend any sunscreen that is effective for both UVA and UVB rays and has an SPF rating of 30. Higher ratings have not been shown to be more effective. Scent-free brands are less likely to cause rashes or to attract stinging insects. Any sunscreen should be re-applied after swimming and around every two hours. Avoiding sun exposure between 10 am and 2 pm and wearing light clothing and a brimmed hat during prolonged exposure will also help to diminish the chances of sunburn and sun damage.
