The State requires MassHealth enrollees to submit new applications for coverage

Reminder to our Masshealth patients:
It is important to keep your address up to date with Masshealth.  Masshealth utilizes your address as a means to communicate with you. Communications from Masshealth may include eligibility review forms, requests for absent parent forms or verification of income, to name a few.

If mail is returned to Masshealth as “undeliverable” for an incorrect address, you will likely lose your Masshealth benefits due to failure to provide requested information.
