Jennifer Penza is the Behavioral Health Care Coordinator (BHCC) for our Integrated Behavioral Health Team. She works closely with the Behavioral Health Clinicians and Primary Care Providers to provide mental health resources to patients and families.
Jennifer collaborates with local school adjustment counselors, maintains up-to-date contact information, and obtains relevant consents, documents, and evaluations from the schools. She is NAP’s behavioral health liaison with community mental health service agencies and pediatric behavioral health providers.
