Clerical Manager
I was born in Lowell, Massachusetts, and raised in Northampton, where I attended local schools. For the past 28 years, I have proudly called Easthampton home. Having lived in the area for most of my life, I feel deeply connected to this community and the families we serve.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles focused on helping others, including human services, mental health support, emergency medical services, and healthcare. These experiences have allowed me to work closely with individuals and families from all walks of life and have reinforced my passion for serving my community.
Today, I serve as the Clerical Department Manager at Northampton Area Pediatrics, where I oversee front desk reception, appointment scheduling, referrals, medical records and all clerical operations. I am cross-trained in these functions and serve as a resource for staff training, workflow support, and process improvement. I take great pride in supporting our clerical teams to ensure that patients and families have a positive experience with our practice, by helping to create a welcoming, supportive environment for both staff and patients.
Outside of work, I enjoy anything related to music, reading, swimming, camping, outdoor adventures, and playing games. Most of all, I value spending time with family and friends and making the most of the wonderful community I am fortunate to call home.
