My name is Diane Porfilio, and I serve as the Executive Director at NAP, where I am responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and performance of the practice.
With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, I am passionate about improving the lives of children and ensuring they receive the highest quality care and support.
Before joining NAP, I served as a Program Director and Senior Practice Manager in Connecticut, where I led multidisciplinary teams in implementing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring that families received exceptional care and support.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and grandchildren. I am an avid outdoors enthusiast and enjoy hiking, walking, bicycling, kayaking, and gardening. I am also deeply committed to helping others and making a positive impact in my community.
