Donna Walaszek - Revenue Cycle Manager

Revenue Cycle Manager

Donna Walaszek

I’m a lifelong resident of Florence and now happily call Easthampton home with my husband. Having grown up in the Northampton area, I truly love being part of this community and caring for the families who live here.

I graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Sociology and Legal Studies and have worked in medical billing and coding since 1996. In 2004, I earned my Certified Coding Specialist–Physician-based (CCS-P) credential through the American Health Information Management Association. Today, I serve as NAP’s Revenue Cycle Manager and Custody Care Coordinator, overseeing the billing process and helping families navigate complex healthcare and custody-related matters.

Health insurance and reimbursement can feel overwhelming and complicated — and family dynamics can sometimes add extra layers to the process. My goal is to make everything clear, manageable, and as stress-free as possible. Whether it’s understanding coverage, coordinating benefits between households, or clarifying billing questions, I’m here to simplify the details and help things run smoothly. Our dedicated team is always ready to support you every step of the way.

At home, my husband and I are the proud parents of two amazing young adults, and we’re embracing this new empty-nester chapter — something that feels especially meaningful in pediatrics, where we watch families grow right before our eyes. In 2026, we became “seasonal campers,” and we love relaxing by the campfire with friends and family, soaking in this new season of life.

I’m also a proud season ticket holder for the Boston Red Sox, Springfield Thunderbirds, and UMass Minutemen ice hockey — so if you ever want to talk sports, I’m always ready! In 2024, I stepped outside my comfort zone and participated in my first 70.3 Western Massachusetts Ironman Relay, proudly completing the 1.2-mile swim portion for our team — proof that it’s never too late to take on a new challenge.

I’m so grateful to be part of the NAP family and to support yours.
