Billing Manager
A native of Florence, now established in Easthampton with my husband and two children, I am very familiar with Northampton and the surrounding communities. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Legal St udies. I have worked in the medical billing and coding industry since 1996. I obtained my certified medical coding accreditation (CCS-P) from the American Health Information Management Association in 2004. When not at work, I love to spend time with my husband and two children. I enjoy camping, reading, singing and going to the movies.
As for my role at NAP, I am the billing manager. I am excited to be a member of the NAP team and continue to look forward to assisting our families with any needs that may arise. Maneuvering through the health insurance and reimbursement process can be frustrating and complicated for our families. Please know that we have dedicated staff ready to serve you and the needs of your family.
