Behavioral Health Care Coordinator
Hello! My name is Jennifer Penza. I grew up in Northampton and currently live in Franklin County where I raised my 2 children who are now 25 and 21 years old. Having been a patient of Dr. Kenny’s myself, NAP was the only pediatricians’ office I wanted to take my children to I have always been impressed with the patience and kindness the providers and staff have shown with their patients and families. I started my career at NAP working at the front desk while I was pursuing my bachelor’s degree. After graduating in the spring of 2023, with my BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with an Area of Concentration in Applied Psychology, I became the first Behavioral Health Care Coordinator here at NAP. I enjoy working closely with the integrated behavioral team while I continue my education as a MSW candidate at Westfield State University. Between school and the wonderful staff here at NAP, I continue to learn so much every day in mental health. I feel privileged to work in an amazing practice. When I am not working or doing schoolwork, I enjoy relaxing on the couch with my dog, Murphy, reading a book or watching tv. I enjoy going out to Boston to visit my daughter, spending time with my son, traveling with my kids and going on small adventures with my mom.
