Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
I was a pediatric nurse practitioner for 20 years and went back to school to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner about 15 years ago. I worked for Baystate Medical Center in Child Outpatient and also did work with ServiceNet, both child outpatient, and with the PREP program, which treats young people with early onset psychosis. I also worked briefly at the Baystate Child Partial Program and at CBAT, a step-down program in Springfield. I retired from Baystate in April of 2023. I will be working with Polly Fiveash, PMHNP-BC to provide psychiatric support to the NAP community, though my time will mostly be limited to consultations. I enjoy quilting, contra dancing and traveling in my travel trailer. I live in Amherst with my husband and have an adult daughter who lives near Boston.
