Board-certified pediatrician / Pediatric Acute Care Director

After Pediatrics residency in California, I moved to Salem, MA where I used my new skills in the Pediatric Emergency Department as well as caring for children admitted to the hospital. I got married to my med school sweetheart and a new opportunity arose, bringing us back to the West Coast for me to join a new Pediatric Urgent Care in California. I utilized my ED skills – suturing lacerations, reducing dislocations, treating asthma and severe allergy reactions, ear infections and rashes – but in a familiar setting and with close collaboration with their primary pediatrician.
As I helped grow that clinic of which I am so proud, I was growing my own family – we have three young children now. Between the pandemic and small children, travel back East to see my extended family (relocated from NH to the Pioneer Valley) was difficult to say the least. Closeness to family, excellent schools, friendly communities and outdoor opportunities all drew us back to the East Coast.
I am excited to be back in New England with my family, and to join Northampton Area Pediatrics, to lend my Urgent Care skills to the NAP community. And my children are excited to experience snow!
