Human Resources Manager
I was born and raised in the area and was once a patient myself at Northampton Area Pediatrics, which makes working here especially meaningful to me. I joined NAP in 2019 after several years in various administrative roles within the medical field. While balancing work and raising my children, I also worked toward earning my degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources.
As HR Manager, I’m involved in nearly every aspect of the employee experience at NAP, from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. I work closely with our managers, leadership team, and staff to coach, support, navigate challenges, and develop practices that are both compassionate and accountable.
Working in a private practice allows me to be closely connected to our employees and the day-to-day operational needs of our organization. I value being able to know our employees and help create a workplace where people feel supported and valued. I’m proud to be part of an organization that is committed not only to providing excellent care to our patients, but also to taking care of the people who provide that care every day.
