We’ve been so happy with switching to NAP for both our kids. The hours/availability can’t be beat, and the providers (we’ve seen 5 or 6 of them now) have all been smart and professional. And as much as I usually hate medical portals, theirs has mostly been really helpful for prescription refills, communicating with the doctors, printing documents, etc. I thought I would really miss our small town/one-doc pediatrics practice, but the perks of a larger practice really do outweigh those warm fuzzies.

Doctors and nurses are amazing. Read some other reviews about not being able to see the same doctor twice but we have always seen the doctor we requested except for walk ins. Love that they have the option of walk ins. Very thankful they would still do her well visit during the pandemic. Never see other people in the waiting room (waiting in cars). And their online system is great

We love Dr. Deschene. She was thorough and friendly. We like the staff at the office, they are professional and helpful at every turn.

We've received excellent care here for our daughter. The doctors and other staff are great with kids. I've never had a long wait here. They're extremely professional. The office space is nice and clean, and they have plenty of toys and books and fish to occupy the kids.

This is the go-to pediatric office around here. All the docs are caring and responsive, and they are open an absurd amount of time! Love the early walk-in sick visit option!
