Doctors and nurses are amazing. Read some other reviews about not being able to see the same doctor twice but we have always seen the doctor we requested except for walk ins. Love that they have the option of walk ins. Very thankful they would still do her well visit during the pandemic. Never see other people in the waiting room (waiting in cars). And their online system is great

We've received excellent care here for our daughter. The doctors and other staff are great with kids. I've never had a long wait here. They're extremely professional. The office space is nice and clean, and they have plenty of toys and books and fish to occupy the kids.

This is the go-to pediatric office around here. All the docs are caring and responsive, and they are open an absurd amount of time! Love the early walk-in sick visit option!

We love NAP! We have had, in almost all instances, very positive experiences with the staff and providers. Dr. Deschane has been our daughter's primary doctor since she was in the hospital just born. Dr. Deschane is an awesome doctor with a gentle demeanor and has always made an effort to respond to questions or give a call back when requested. Yes, it is a very large and busy practice which might be overwhelming for some families. However, the size of the practice allows them to accommodate morning walk-in hours and urgent care after hours, 365 days a year...Meaning you don't have to go to the emergency room for a sudden, non-emergency issue just because its outside normal business hours. They have always squeezed my child in for sick visits, even at the very last minute....maybe not always with her primary DR but that's pretty reasonable for last minute care. Having so many providers and two offices allows for that. If you are even slightly proactive with scheduling routine check ups, you can always see your preferred provider. What's more, the online patient portal makes requesting appointments, receiving test results and messaging the nurses/doctors with questions super easy and painless.
