Flu Clinics
NAP Flu Clinics are now over for the year.
Proof of immunization is available immediately on the web version of MyChart so that you can obtain a printed copy.
Patients that receive a flu vaccine elsewhere must provide this documentation to NAP so that the immunization can be entered in your chart. We cannot enter vaccines into our chart if self-reported. Our office will require written documentation which you can send to our office via MyChart, mail, or can drop it off at our Northampton office.
NAP can only provide flu vaccine exemptions for medical reasons. If you need a medical exemption, please speak to your PCP.
As everyone has experienced, the COVID pandemic has made every facet of life more difficult, and we understand that having our clinics only in Amherst might add to those difficulties. Having our flu clinic in Amherst will provide the safest way for your child to get this vaccination while minimizing the potential exposures to other infections. We thank you for your understanding and hope that everyone will receive their flu vaccine and do what we can to stay healthy.
